Response times
We aim to respond to every message within three business days. Correction submissions are acknowledged within three business days; the correction itself is typically implemented within fourteen calendar days. Complex corrections that require re-verification by a cultural or Islamic content reviewer may take up to thirty days. Sponsorship enquiries typically get a full response within a week.
